Based on the material: PE is divided into LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE, etc.
Based on the manufacturing process, PE bags are divided into PE flat bags, Zifeng bags, ziplock bags, envelopes, perforated handbags, tote bags, ziplock bags, and PE film.
1. PE bags are made using a simple process. The film is blown into a film by a machine, then cut into individual bags on the bagging surface and sewn shut at the bottom.
2. Zifeng bags have a rib when the bag is stopped by the machine, allowing for manual sealing. Unlike ziplock bags, the two are often easily confused.
3. Zipper bags are made by placing two ziplocks (these ziplocks are separate) on top of PE film. They typically have wide indentations on the sides, but not ziplock bags. Zifeng bags have limited printing colors, while ziplock bags can be printed with complex patterns.
4. Zipper bags are like envelopes; you can place a rubber band on the bag with your tongue and fold it over to seal it. They are commonly used for clothing. Express delivery envelopes are also a type of envelope.
5. Hollow handbags have holes punched in appropriate locations on the top of the flat pockets for easier lifting.
6. Plastic film is added to the top of handbags for easier lifting. This process is labor-intensive and relatively costly.
7. Zipper bags have a zipper and a zipper cap.
8. PE film is a film that is blown out of a machine and not used to make bags. It is also divided into roll film and shrink film.
